अमेठी (उत्तर प्रदेश). राहुल गांधी के संसदीय क्षेत्र अमेठी में अन्ना हजारे के अनशन और भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आंदोलन का कोई असर नहीं है। यहां के तमाम गांवों में इस बात की जानकारी ही नहीं है कि दिल्ली में अन्ना हजारे ने कोई अनशन भी किया था। जिन लोगों ने सुना भी है, उनके लिए भ्रष्टाचार कोई मुद्दा नहीं है। बल्कि खाद की कालाबाजारी व बिजली की किल्लत कहीं ज्यादा बड़ी समस्या है। अमेठी संसदीय क्षेत्र के करीब सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों की चहल-पहल शुरू हो गई है। उम्मीदवारों व दावेदारों ने जगह-जगह होर्डिंग व पोस्टर लगा दिए हंै। कांग्रेस ने भी क्षेत्र के अपने दोनों मौजूदा विधायकों को फिर से उम्मीदवार घोषित कर दिया है। संसदीय क्षेत्र में पार्टी के पास पांच में से तीन सीटें अमेठी, जगदीशपुर व सलोन है।

सपा के पास तिलोई और बसपा के पास गौरीगंज सीट है। सपा व राज्य में सत्तारूढ़ बसपा के उम्मीदवार भी तय हो चुके हैं। प्रदेश के विधानसभा चुनाव अगले साल की शुरुआत में होने हैं, लेकिन इस संसदीय क्षेत्र पर अन्ना फैक्टर का असर नहीं है। गौरीगंज के सुरेश कुमार के मुताबिक अन्ना के आंदोलन के समय एक स्वयंसेवी संगठन की ओर से कुछ लोगों ने फॉर्म भरवाए थे। अमेठी में आरएसएस से जुड़े लोगों ने कैंडल मार्च भी निकाला था। लेकिन, इसका क्षेत्र पर कोई खास असर नहीं है। क्षेत्र के पक्ष-विपक्ष के नेता जरूर इसे लेकर परेशान हैं। गौरीगंज कस्बे के कई लागों का कहना है कि जब कोई पूछेगा कि आप भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ हैं तो जाहिर है कि जवाब हां होगा। याद रहे कि अन्ना के समर्थकों ने अमेठी में जनमत संग्रह कराकर बताया था कि 96 प्रतिशत लोग जनलोकपाल के साथ हंै। इस मुहिम का कोई राजनीतिक असर नहीं है। शाहगढ़ के एसपी मिश्र ने कहा कि अन्ना के आंदोलन का असर कस्बों और उसके आसपास ज्यादा है। गांवों में भी चर्चा होती है।

इन सबसे अलग गौरीगंज से लखनऊ के रास्ते के गांव भटगांव की चाय की दुकानों पर खेती किसानी की चर्चा के साथ चुनाव में जातीय समीकरण का मुद्दा गर्म है। वहां जुटे लोग चिंता में हैं कि पिछले चार दिन से बारिश नहीं हुई। खेतों में खड़ी धान की फसल को अब पानी की सख्त जरूरत है। बिजली न आने से यह परेशानी ज्यादा बढ़ गई है। क्षेत्र के मुस्लिम इलाकों में पूर्वी उप्र से उभरी पीस पार्टी की भी चर्चा है, ऐसे तमाम लोग हैं, जो इस बार पीस पार्टी को आजमाने के पक्ष में हैं। लोग क्षेत्रीय सांसद राहुल गांधी के काम की भी प्रशंसा करना नहीं भूलते। पूर्व प्रधान मोहम्मद का कहना है कि राहुल गांधी ने क्षेत्र में सड़कें ठीक करा दी है, बिजली भले न आए, गांव के हर घर तक बिजली का तार पहुंच गया है।
